I'm not quite sure exactly where grunge washes up on the shores of alt-rock or where stoner rock begins to assimilate with the fringes of heavy metal, but where all of these meet and merge and mingle is where you find Soak. Relatively new to the scene but already making sonic waves, their sound looks to past sounds for inspiration and then reinvents them, reimagines them, and retools them so that they are suitable for a whole new and discerning audience.
