Billed as the West Country's premiere nonsense group, and, to quote Annie Lennox, who am I to disagree, The Real Cheesemakers are a band that you aren't going to want to miss. And if that opening line conjures thoughts of bands like The Wurzels, that isn't a bad place to start. Only times it by 10, add the square root of Salvidor Dali, divide by Monty Python, and multiply by The Clash. For fans of songs about cheese, trousers, cheese, unicorns, cheese, roundabouts, cheese, weasels, and...did I mention cheese? The art of being silly just got a lot more serious!
