Concrete Prairie is a five-piece ensemble that blurs the genres of folk, country, Americana, indie, and blues to create a heartworn and harmonious sound. Though their compositions often tackle heavy and topical themes, the songs are "shot through with silver linings", evidenced by a spirited and rousing sound orchestrated with twanging guitars, straining fiddle and yearning prose.
